These are three questions that could change your life, if you answer them truthfully and without fear.
“Oh but that is impossible! I’m so unhappy though.” Humor yourself. Trust me, I’ve been there. I grew up anxious, fearful, and afraid of people. But things change. People change. People have this innate capacity to reach their potential, but first we need to know what we want.
Write the questions and answers down and place them over a wall that you will see every day.
- If you could do anything with your one human life- and there are zero limitations- what would you do?
- What type of knowledge do you need to accomplish that type of life?
- If there is no such thing as failure, what actions would you need to take to get there?
Again: if you don’t write this down, you are only wasting your precious time.
Do not continue reading this blog if you haven’t done this exercise.
Harsh? Perhaps. [Is your life worth finding out your potential? I hope so.]
Don’t spend your life feeling down and insecure. People can change and go from poverty to riches- emotionally, physically, spiritually.
You are more than just meat and bones and circumstance. Find out what you want and use the information in books, videos, friends, and on Habit Transformation to become better.
Keep going. The finish line is just another beginning. It isn’t too late to find your greatness.
Remember: “Focus is controlled by questions.”
P.S. Here is a simple-but not quite profound- answer to “how to change my life,” as said by Starbucks’ founder, Howard Schultz.
